Proof of how much a switch can change a keyboard

Originally I got these switches from a Evo80 keyboard purchase, but I bought more of these switches because of how good they sound on the Evo80. I bought a Chilkey ND75 keyboard which came with “Long Hua Blue Lotus” switches which if you like “clacky” switches are perfect for that, but I prefer thocky over clacky so I just swapped out the blue lotus switches with these owlab OAT switches and voila, instant thock! Well for the most part anyway, the ND75 isn’t a leaf spring mount keyboard like the Evo80, and it has a LOT of flex cuts in the flex cut PCB I happen to get with mine, so the alphanumeric keys are pretty nicely thocky, but the Backspace, and Enter keys on the ND75 still aren’t as thocky even with the switch change as the Evo80. Ah well for 90% of the keys it made a huge difference and overall it definitely made it thocky enough to use daily!
