Returns

pkkeyboards handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the intent to take care of the community and customers who speak so highly of us!

 

Due to the nature of some of the items sold on our website, we do not allow refunds or returns on the following items

  • lubricants
  • switches
  • switch parts

 

Please check reviews and ask us any questions or inquire on our discord if you have any questions before a purchase.

  • Full Name (First and Last)
  • Order Number
  • Item in question
  • Reason for return

 

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to pkkeyboards. pkkeyboards will NOT be responsible for the shipping costs.

 

Shipping and Packaging

Adequate packaging is required for returned items. This requires padded envelope and/or boxes to ensure the package is not lost/damaged during the return process. Inadequate packaging resulting in lost/damaged items may result in refusal/denial of the package and overall the refusal of return.

 

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or in an unexpected state, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of purchase.
